Pet Photo Contest Entry Form

Contestants must submit photo(s), entry fee of $10.00 for each photo, and this form to BRHS no later than October 10th, 2011 by 4pm.

For non-electronic submissions print the paper form.

General Information

Each contestant may submit up to three photos. If you choose to submit more than one photo, please fill out the following information for EACH of your photo submissions.

Please make sure you have read all the photo contest rules and that you comply with the minimum size for each of your photo submissions.

Each photo must be a JPG and is limited to about 4 MB.
